Fancy breakfast in Bedminster with Eggleton?
Ever dreamed of having a Michelin-starred chef as your personal breakfast cook?
Dream no more. Josh Eggleton of Pony and Trap fame has agreed to serve breakfast in bed to 40 lucky foodies at 10 am on Saturday, May 7, in Bedminster.
For Breakfast in Bedminster with Josh Eggleton, diners will lie in actual beds in the Kustom Floors and Furniture showroom. Josh and his team will whip up a champagne breakfast inspired by Josh’s favourite breakfasts and serve it to guests propped up with pillows in the showroom’s beds.
Proper attire – i.e. pyjamas, dressing gowns and slippers – is required.
“I really like the vibe in Bedminster and wanted to support a couple of local businesses and do something a bit different as part of their pop up events,” says Josh. “I hope people will make an effort to wear their very best or worst pjamas and head out into the area for a morning filled with local produce and great cuisine in the restaurants, cafes and even furniture shops.”
The event is part of Breakfast in Bedminster and Food Connections in partnership with Kustom Floors and Furniture, Corks of North Street and, of course, Josh Eggleton.
