Could you be manager of new Bristol bakery?
Promising to feel somewhere between Hart’s Bakery at Temple Meads and Pinkmans on Park Street, a new bakery and coffee roaster on Whiteladies Road is on the hunt for a star manager as it prepares to open its doors next month.
Bakesmiths is the sister company of Cakesmiths – a giant bakery in St Phillip’s that provides cakes, traybakes and flapjacks to coffee shops and cafes across the UK.
The new cafe on the old Henry Africa’s site (most recently the short-lived Gas & Co and BSB) will have a development kitchen upstairs, and a bakery and roasters on the ground floor.
Cakes and breads will be baked in full view of the coffee shop, coffee will be roasted on site and their ovens will be at the centre of the food menu.
