By Martin Booth  Wednesday May 14, 2025

Chefs from across the UK will be collaborating with one of Bristol’s best restaurants this summer.

The newly launched Seoul Sessions at Bokman will take place on one Sunday per month between June and September, promising “to create unexpected, unforgettable dishes and vibes for one night only”.

From only a few hundred yards away, Oowee Diner will be taking part as well as Matsudai Ramen from Cardiff, Landrace bakery from Bath, and Flawd natural wine bar and bottle shop from Manchester.
