The Libertines played at Reading Festival on Sunday

The band played at Reading Festival over the weekend and are due release their third album, Anthems For Doomed Youth, on September 11.

The mini-tour will see the band perform their first club show in 11 years, with London, Manchester and Nottingham also set to play host to the band which reformed only last year after a ten-year split.

The band said on Facebook: “So, following our outings at festivals [we] have purposely chosen some more intimate spaces to bring the live show.”
