Silent disco coming to underwater location
A unique silent disco experience has been described as ‘one for the Bristol bucket list’.
Iconic Silent Discos led by Propaganda, the team known for their classic indie nights at the Fleece and around the UK, is bringing its immersive disco to Bristol Aquarium.
Clubbers will be able to dance afterhours by the aquarium’s tanks, around its lush jungle modelled on the Amazon and through the underwater tunnel, with the colours and fish of tropical coral seas, before the party in the main arena kicks off.
is needed now More than ever
Powered by Silent Disco King, the world’s biggest headphone company, there’ll be a pick of DJs playing ‘iconic singalong hits’ from the 80s, 90s and 00s as well as a Propaganda channel for the indie fans in attendance.

Organisers say the party in the Aquarium’s main arena will be one of Bristol’s biggest silent discos
Iconic Silent Discos claim to produce “some of the most amazing, unique and iconic locations around the world”.
They set world records at Boardmasters, where 33,000 people attended a silent disco in 2022, and Reading & Leeds, where a combined audience of 60,000 across both festival sites danced to music from d’n’b duo Sigma in 2023.
The silent disco takes place on May 10, from 7-11pm. Find out more and buy tickets at iconicsilentdiscos.com
