Bristol’s week in film: June 4-10 2021

Loud popcorn munchers beware the wrath of fellow cinemagoers: A Quiet Place Part II is this week’s big release. Several multiplexes also have a special screening of the film on Sunday, followed by a live satellite Q&A with director John Krasinski.

If that doesn’t appeal, there’s always the boilerplate feelgoodery of Dream Horse or wonderful farmyard beast doc Gunda.

The Sheffield DocFest on tour comes to the Watershed for a short season of highlights starting this week, West Side Story returns to the multiplexes to mark its 60th anniversary, and the big event cinema release is a live concert recording by Bon Jovi.
