Bristol Labour website hijacked by anti-Corbyn activists

By Louis Emanuel  Tuesday Aug 9, 2016

The Bristol Labour website has been hijacked by an activist saying Corbyn will be the death of the party.

LabourBristol.org, registered to Bristolian Ben Lock in 2010, now has a long message attacking the Labour leader and Momentum, the grass-roots organisation which supports him.

Bristol Labour, a collective for local Labour Party organisations in the city, said: “We are aware that our website has been taken over and are unable to access it. We know who is responsible and are taking action against them.”

A South West Labour spokesperson said: “This website is not connected to or endorsed by the Labour Party and does not represent the views of the Labour Party.”
