Form Fighter AI joins the Bristol24/7 Better Business network
The Bristol-based company, Form Fighter AI, has joined the Bristol24/7 Better Business Network.
This innovative local start-up, founded by husband-and-wife duo Matt and Olivia after seven years of running a Bristol-based software consultancy, harnesses generative AI to slash the hours spent on tedious and repetitive paperwork, transforming the way organisations complete forms – whether tenders, grants, compliance reports or internal templates – by generating audience-targeted, purpose-driven answers in seconds.
Rather than forcing businesses into lengthy digital transformation projects, Form Fighter works directly with online forms and existing Word, Excel or PDF documents.
Users simply upload their form alongside any contextual materials – past applications, policy documents or previous submissions – and the AI proposes draft responses in the company’s own voice. Those answers can then be edited, shared, reviewed and approved within the system before being exported back in the original format, without losing any of the document’s original styling or structure.
“Filling in forms is a universal pain point,” explains co-founder Olivia Edgar.
“Our vision is for Form Fighter to become part of every organisation’s standard toolkit, so that businesses and charities spend less time on paperwork and more time on the work that really matters. By saving over 90 per cent of form-filling time, we’re already empowering neurodivergent users, grant-seeking start-ups and large enterprises alike to remove the tedium from essential processes.”
Form Fighter AI’s intuitive interface is already democratising access to grants and awards; helping smaller teams punch above their weight by rapidly assembling tailored, high-quality responses to applications.
Its straightforward, step-by-step workflow and clear, distraction-free design have proven particularly empowering for neurodivergent users, who benefit from consistent structure and the ability to focus on messaging rather than typing.
The platform’s flexible pricing, currently starting at just £12 per user per month with a free trial and basic free tier, has been designed to appeal to start-ups and SMEs, with more extensive functionality available to larger businesses.
