Bristol property management firm bags top industry accolade
A Bristol-based property management firm has won a major accolade for excellence in service for two consecutive years.
The family-run company, KPA Property Management, has been awarded the prestigious Award of Excellence for the second year running by E2 Media.
The E2 Media Awards recognise excellence across various trades and sectors, ranging from wellness and florists to dog grooming and artisan ice cream. The criteria for the awards take into account verified customer feedback and the overall operation of the business.
Founded by Ben and Angie Nicholls, the company was established from their frustration in finding an agency that could meet their high standards for managing their own House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) portfolio.

With a background as landlords and investors, the Nicholls have a unique understanding of the challenges faced by both landlords and tenants.
E2 Media commended KPA Property for its outstanding performance in the Excellence category for the second consecutive year. They said: “Among the distinguished winners for 2025 is KPA Property Ltd, who have received the award, for the second year running, for exceptional Property Management 2025.
“Their dedication to providing an unparalleled service has set them apart, earning them the recognition and admiration of both their industry peers and clients alike.
“This accolade not only highlights KPA Property Ltd’s commitment to excellence but also their consistent efforts to go above and beyond in ensuring a valuable and expert experience for their clients. We think it’s important to recognise organisations that are bringing something new and innovative to their marketplace.”
KPA’s dedication to client satisfaction has not gone unnoticed over the years, as it has bagged numerous accolades, including winning Best Residential Agent at the Bristol Property Awards 2023, the Innovation in Business Award 2023, and national recognition at The Negotiator Awards 2024, where they won Silver in the category of National Property Management Company of the Year.

On the recognition, Angie Nicholls, co-founder of KPA Property, said: “At KPA, we are on a mission to bring much-needed change to the industry and repair the negative narrative that often exists between landlords and their tenants – one tenancy at a time.
“We strive to deliver a ‘lettings without compromise’ service to our landlord clients and to stand side by side with them as their lettings partner. Winning this award for the second consecutive year means so much to our amazing team – we have a long way to go, but we are moving in the right direction.”
