Who makes Bristol legendary?

Since we launched our Bristol Legends project in October, we have received over 1500 public nominations for legendary businesses, communities, performers and more.

While nominations for the majority of our Bristol Legends categories have closed, we are still on the hunt for those who you think deserve to be named our overall Bristol Legend.

Bristol24/7 is working with business sponsors to host Bristol Legends

We want to celebrate this individual for their outstanding contributions to our city, their undeniable positive impact and spotlighting all the things that make them, well, legendary.

Unlike our category nominations, which are shortlisted and selected by teams of expert panelists, the overall Bristol Legend category is all down to you.

Nominations for the Bristol Legend will form a public poll, where you can have a final say on who you think deserves to take home the title at our first-of-its-kind awards event in March 2026.

Bristol Legend individual nominations are open until December 15.
