Tracy Horton (Delta Burke) is desperate to have a baby. But when her doctor Eva Warden (Beth Broderick – Aunt Zelda in the original Sabrina the Teenage Witch) discovers a cancerous growth during a medical procedure, she performs an emergency hysterectomy. Naturally, this makes our Tracy Real Mad and she sets out to get bloody revenge on Dr. Warden and, er, everyone else she blames for her predicament.
This highly entertaining slice of straight-to-DVD thriller crud from 1996 tackles sensitive ishoos with all the subtlety and restraint that you might expect. As such, the Bristol Bad Film Club has found it necessary to issue the following modish ‘trigger warning’ to anyone planning to attend their March screening: “Please be advised that this ridiculous film badly covers themes of infertility, infant loss and IVF journeys. As with many of the aspects of the film, these subjects may not be handled with the greatest of care and so could be distressing for people who are facing issues around reproduction and or infant loss.”
