Olivier Assayas‘s follow-up to Clouds of Sils Maria and Personal Shopper is a very French gabfest of art, adultery and midlife crises, which also has much to say about the digital revolution and its impact upon the world of publishing. It all adds up to a sparkling intellectual comedy or a dreary pretentious talkathon, according to taste.
