Who will crack at the East Bristol Frown-Off?

Community activists in East Bristol have come together for the first – and maybe last – ever East Bristol Frown-Off.

In a bid to show that active citizenship “starts with a smile”, some of the most well-known faces in the area, including councillors, campaigners and community radio presenters, stared off at each other.

Grumpy faces were turned to smiles in this short video for Up Our Street:
