Bristol Charity Advent Calendar – day two
Foodcycle are a national charity who turn food that would go to waste into tasty meals for people at risk of food poverty.
Bristol’s Foodcycle hub serve delicious meals every Saturday to people attending Barton Hill Settlement.
The team get their food from local retailers and use it to try and prevent food waste, food poverty, social isolation and build communities.
They also hold a pop-up restaurant which helps to keep the charity running, as well as bringing food, education and music to people in Bristol.
