Deli from popular burger restaurant due to open soon

By Karen Johnson  Monday Sep 8, 2025

A restaurant best known for its 30-day-aged beef burgers will soon be opening a deli next door to its Bristol site.

Milkbun Deli, a sister venture of Milkbun, is preparing to open adjacent to the gourmet burger restaurant on the Mall in Clifton Village.

The deli is expected to open in October, replacing former florists, Forests and the Flowers, who occupied the space until August.

Modelled on its sister venue in Bath, the new business will specialise in freshly made sandwiches, coffees and pastries.

In a post on Instagram, announcing the new venue, the Milkbun team said: “We are very excited to announce that we have managed to secure the shop next door to Milkbun and we will be opening our deli there.

“We are aiming to be open sometime in October, not sure when, but we will keep you posted.

“We can’t wait to bring the deli to Bristol and see you all there soon.”
