Estate of the Arts hosts annual Christmas market weekender

By Sarski Anderson  Thursday Nov 27, 2025

Set on an old industrial estate on South Liberty Lane, Estate of the Arts (EOTA) is now celebrating eight years of existence as a creative community of over 50 artists and makers in Bedminster Down.

As well as being home to studio spaces and host to regular workshops and art classes, the venue opens up its doors for occasional makers’ markets that “celebrate the beauty of of artistic expression and creative entrepreneurship”.

Across the first weekend in December, EOTA will be welcoming the return of their annual Christmas Market.

There will be a range of stalls from local makers, as well as food stalls, live music and performances.

The event also provides a welcome chance to explore the artists’ studios, which will be opening their doors to coincide with the fair.

Recent new tenants include pop-art inspired painter Benjamin Thomas Taylor and self-taught oil painter, Liberty.

Estate of the Arts Christmas Fair is at the EOTA Studios on South Liberty Lane on December 6-7 at 11am-5pm.

There is a £2 suggested donation on entry, with a free gift for those travelling by public transport. Follow @estateoftheartsbristol for event updates.
