DJ Derek commemorative ale to go on sale
In a fitting tribute to a man who travelled across the UK to visit every Wetherspoons pub, an ale is going on tap at the Commercial Rooms to honour DJ Derek.
Brewed by the Great Western Brewing Company in Hambrook, the beer will be released on April 22 – the day of Derek’s funeral.
On the same day, Pranji’s bar next door to the Commercial Rooms on Corn Street will be holding a night in celebration of the much-missed DJ.
