A jolly, lightweight and timely celebration of inclusiveness, this hit Billy Elliot-esque musical about a teenage drag queen from Sheffield who beats prejudice and overcomes bullies was adapted from that most unlikely of sources: a BBC3 documentary.

This feelgood romp was the winner of three WhatsOnStage Awards including Best New Musical and was nominated for five Olivier Awards. Recorded at the Apollo Theatre in London’s Shaftesbury Avenue, it’s back in cinemas following the huge success of the live broadcast last July.
