Presented as part of the Cables & Cameras: Inspired weekend of events, screenings and talks – both online and offline – highlighting and encouraging the work of black and POC filmmakers, this is a preview of the first attempt at a no-budget feature film by award-winning sibling UWE film graduates Timon and Elias Williams.
It’s the story of a trio of young misfits living in Oxford. Here’s the synopsis: “Three friends struggle to embrace the looming demands of adulthood. Desperate to end summer with a bang before going their separate ways, Toby, Dan and Amir go to great lengths to break into a local music festival.”
The screening will be followed by a Q&A with Timon and Elias hosted by Adam Murray. You will be able to ask questions via text.
