It’s the early 1980s and randy Tibetan farmer Dargye (Jinpa) has already sired three children. If he manages to knock up the missus, Drolkar (Sonam Wangmo), again he’ll be fined so heavily that his farm will go under. The couple’s two boisterous sons (Druklha Dorje, Palden Nyima), meanwhile, have discovered their secret stash of condoms, which they mistake for balloons . . .
