110 mins

In occupied France during WWII, a young boy and his brother set out to evade the invaders and reunite their family.

DAVAR presents the first local screening of Christian Duguay‘s adaptation of the semi-autobiographical novel by Joseph Joffo. It’s yet another film exploring the Holocaust from a child’s perspective and reviews were mixed, though many critics praised the lead performances.
