Polanski reported to police for sharing ‘inciteful’ photo on social media
Zack Polanski has been reported to the police by Reform UK for sharing a photo featuring the name “Nigel” alongside a guillotine.
The photo shows a man wearing a T-shirt with the words “We’re only making plans for Nigel” and a drawing of a guillotine, and was shared by the Green Party leader after their rave-style party in Bristol on Sunday.
Home affairs spokesperson for Reform UK Zia Yusuf said the photo shared was “calling for the beheading of Nigel Farage”, while Nigel Farage himself called the post “inciteful”.

A Green Party spokesperson told Bristol24/7 that Polanski had shared the photo as part of a collaboration post that had 20 other photos. They said their leader condemned the image on the T-shirt and had “clicked accept without realising there was more to it than he had seen”.

Sharing a screenshot of Polanski’s post on X, Farage said: “This is what Zack Polanski has just posted on his instagram.
“If I was to post anything as inciteful then I would expect to be arrested, and so should Polanski.”
The photo has now been taken down from Polanski’s Instagram profile.
In a video shared on X, Yusuf added: “The leader of the Green Party Zack Polanski has posted to his Instagram, a photo of a man calling for the beheading of Nigel Farage.
“This comes just over two weeks after our dear friend Ann Widdecombe was brutally murdered in her home in what the police say they believe to be a targeted attack.
“Reform UK has reported this matter to the police. We have also reported Zack Polanski to the monitoring officer of the London Assembly.”
Yusuf asked people to consider what would happen if Farage had done “such a thing”.
“It would obviously never happen, because that’s not who Nigel is,” he added. “But I want you to consider what the consequences would be if he did.“Given Reform have reported Zack Polanski for incitement to the police, we’re extremely interested to see how the authorities respond.”
A Green Party spokesperson added: “The t-shirt is clearly in poor taste, especially at a time of heightened fears for the security of public figures having experienced multiple threats himself.”
“He and the Green Party call on everyone involved in public discourse to show kindness and not encourage more division.”
