New dessert bar opens in Harbourside

Founded by three brothers with a passion for puddings, Sprinkles Gelato has now opened its 16th dessert bar in Bristol’s Harbourside.

Now open on Millennium Parade seven days a week from 10am until midnight, a large laminated menu at Sprinkles encompasses gelato and sorbet, sundaes, waffles, crepes, and monstrous creations in Kilner jars:

All of the gelato in Sprinkles’ stores is made at their own gelato kitchen in Southampton, creating flavours including blue banana, strawberry cheesecake, pistachio and hazelnut.

Earlier this year, their raspberry peanut crunch gelato received a one-star Great Taste award.
