Better Food seeks kitchen manager
Want to save the planet and get paid for it?
Are you inspired to be part of a company whose mission is to build a better, fairer food community? Love customer facing roles and sharing your passion for organic food?
If you answered ‘yes’, then listen up, as Better Food, Bristol’s long-established group of organic, local and ethical supermarkets and kitchens, are looking to meet a new kitchen manager to lead the team at their Whiteladies Road outlet.

“This isn’t a role for ‘just anyone’,” says founding MD Phil Haughton. “Our team of staff are the most important part of what makes Better Food special. Not only do we expect this person to have genuine passion for creating healthy and organic food, but also that they understand customer service and can nurture and grow their team in a holistic way.”
Over the past 25 years, Better Food have grown from a humble home-grown box scheme to a Bristol institution, with two thriving stores and kitchens, more than 70 employees and a third store in the pipeline for early next year.
