Idles extend their world tour into 2019

By Rhys Buchanan  Tuesday Nov 6, 2018

Idles are set to continue touring Joy As An Act Of Resistance well into the new year.

Bristol’s favourite punks have just announced an extension of their current tour which will see them play further shows in the UK and Europe before heading back to the USA.

The news comes swiftly on the back of their massive sold out homecoming show at SWX last month so as expected there’s no Bristol date.

Instead, the band will take to some cities often missed out on the touring circuit like Norwich and Brighton and then there’s two big dates set for The Electric Ballroom in London. The closest date to their hometown will be at Cardiff’s Tramshed.

Speaking about the dates the band simply said, “Whatever this is, we promise to maintain it with vigour. Put your loving shoes on and we will do the rest.”

Tickets are available from Friday 9 November from www.idles.lnk.to/tickets
