Drum & bass event series Siren announce Hospitality on the Harbour

By Miles Arnold  Thursday Mar 31, 2022

Its hard to avoid drum and bass when you live in Bristol. Being one of the birthplaces of the genre, almost as soon as the sun comes out, you can barely walk to the shop without hearing it blaring from the window of a student house, or a Bluetooth speaker in a nearby park. And if one things for certain, its that this correlation is only going to increase this summer.

Siren, a new Bristol events series, aims to hit the ground running this July, with it’s first party being a massive bash at the infamous Bristol amphitheatre across two days, July 29-30 (Friday-Saturday).

And with the large setting comes an even larger line-up. There’s Groove Armada on headline duties on day one, as part of their last full UK tour, delivering a “25 years of” live set that’ll certainly not be one to miss. Supporting them will be a DJ set from Huey Morgan, Scarlett O’Malley, and a Mix Nights takeover from Bristol femme DJ stalwarts Saffron Records.

EatDrink24/7 Launch Party is back on July 8 2026!
Exclusive collabs from Bristol’s favourite food vendors, available for one night only. Be first to grab your free copy of the EatDrink24/7 guide – plus every ticket comes with a free limited-edition beer can.

But it doesn’t end there. Siren have just released their line-up for the Saturday, and if you’re a drums fan, its the only place to be in the city.

A collaboration between the events label and top UK drum and bass label Hospitality, Saturday’s festivities will run from 2pm until 10:30pm, and involves top names in the scene right now, including Hybrid Minds, Kings of the Rollers and High Contrast, to name but a few.

On MC duties, there’ll be two of the most influential lyricists in the game, Tempza & Inja, riding the rhythms for what’s shaping up to be a sunny, bass-filled weekend.

Tom Hoyle, one of Siren’s co-founders, says that “this is a brilliant line up for Bristol and Hospitality will be bringing a number of big names to the city who have a huge following” and that “Tickets for both nights are selling well so we’re looking forward to a great night.”

Tickets start at £44 for the Friday and are currently sitting at £35 for the Saturday, and they’ll surely go up as they begin to sell out.
