Circomedia crowdfunds to secure future of famous home
A world famous circus school needs to raise £10,000 to secure the future of its Bristol base.
The money is needed for urgent improvements to the home of Circomedia at St Paul’s Church on Portland Square.
The building’s 30-year-old heating system is out of action and can no longer be repaired, with keeping the historic space warm in winter becoming increasingly difficult and expensive.

“Our St Paul’s Church venue is a cherished building within our communities,” said Circomedia interim CEO, Tom Newman.
“It’s where young people discover confidence, artists develop extraordinary skills and audiences experience unforgettable performances.
“By supporting this campaign, you will be helping to secure the future of one of Bristol’s most unique creative spaces, one that has inspired our city for decades.”
