Hargreaves Lansdown to relocate to new headquarters

One of Bristol’s most successful companies of recent years is relocating from its headquarters off Anchor Road.

Hargreaves Lansdown is moving to a new site in Temple Quay within the Welcome Building, taking on 90,000 sq ft of space across three floors.

The building between Avon Street and Anvil Street is already home to DAC Beachcroft with Unite also due to occupy a floor.

Better Business
Better Business is an initiative launched by Bristol24/7 to help businesses thrive, whilst creating a positive impact on Bristol and the people who live here.

Hargreaves Lansdown chief operating officer, Gary Logan, said: “We chose Welcome Building for its excellent transport links, next-generation workspace, fantastic amenities and strong ESG credentials – something that is increasingly important for our business and clients.
