Shot in his own back garden using a real beanstalk, Blue Peter fella Peter Duncan‘s homemade version of the venerable panto was originally available only online, where it was billed as “the ultimate online panto”, but is now being streamed to cinemas.
The BBFC’s ever-amusing ratings info reassures parents that there is “very mild rude humour”. Specifically: “There are gags relating to a cow’s flatulence. There is also very mild innuendo, including when a father suggests that a man can have more than his daughter’s hand”
