Normally the legions of mature fans of bouffant-haired ‘King of the Waltz’ André Rieu would be flocking to cinemas at this time of year in numbers that put boy bands and major rock acts to shame. But covid-19 has nixed André’s annual hometown show.

So instead he’s revisiting moments from previous summer concerts with his Johann Strauss Orchestra in Maastricht’s Vrijthof Square. Expect all the usual popular classics and, obviously, waltzes. Excitingly, there’s also a brand new lockdown interview with the hugely popular violinist, hosted by ITV’s Good Morning Britain’s Charlotte Hawkins.
