A Christmas Gift from Bob

Director
Charles Martin Smith
Certificate
12A
Running Time
93 mins

Feline festive feelgoodery ahoy as the late Bob (he died in June) enjoys his final starring role. The story begins a year after homeless busker James Bowen’s (Luke Treadaway) literary success. Further warm-hearted misfortune ensues, with the adorable moggie stealing the show as before.

This one serves up exactly what fans have come to expect, though The Guardian wondered why it had to be so tepid: “…there was more menace in Paddington 2.”
