Fully immersive dome planetarium experience returns to Bristol Aerospace for the summer holidays
Returning to Bristol Aerospace from August 1-16, Dome Club is partnering with Yuup to bring three different immersive family-friendly experiences to the historic home of Concorde over the first half of August.
The seven-metre dome itself provides a 360° view, enabling space and aviation enthusiasts a chance to bring their passion to life in a truly dynamic way that places them ‘inside the craft’, and at the centre of the story.
Cockpit Command will allow families to experience flight through a pilot’s eyes, through a combination of real cockpit footage and presenter-led storytelling.

The Family Planetarium Show will take you on a journey across the Solar System, taking in the International Space Station along the way. There will be a Q&A afterwards, and a chance handle a real meteorite from outer space.
For babies, toddlers and younger children, a shorter programme called AstroTots Planetarium: Stars, Shapes & Colours will fill the dome with twinkling stars and constellations, before heading over to the Moon, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn.
