The American Barbecue course is specifically designed to show barbecuers how to create great smokehouse barbecue, which is becoming increasingly popular.
Participants will have the opportunity to get to learn techniques such as hot smoking, as they prepare foods such as a rack of ribs to slow cooked smoked beef brisket. Throughout the course participants will be able to learn a classic macaroni cheese recipe, hickory BBQ sauce, and bourbon and smoked bacon chocolate brownies.
Current dates for the American Barbecue course at Hobbs House Bakery are August 10 and September 21.
