ABOUT THE EDITOR

I am a professional journalist with 11 years’ experience on national and regional newspapers. I am originally from Somerset, but started my career at The Independent in London, as an Assistant Editor in the features department.

The lure of the West Country was too strong, and I came back and joined the Western Daily Press, eventually becoming Deputy Chief Sub-Editor until I volunteered to join the dozens of journalists made redundant from the Bristol Evening Post and Daily Press in April 2009.

My idea for Bristol24-7.com was ready to then launch – and here we are.

I’ve brought together a team of exceptional freelance editors, journalists, social media experts, online marketers, SEO enthusiasts and commercial copywriters to deliver outstanding digital services under the Bristol24-7.com banner.
