Miami style showcased in Cabot Circus summer shows

Free summer fashion shows will take place at Cabot Circus later this month, adding a touch of US glamour to Bristol

Cabot Circus Fashion Show 2012Free summer fashion shows will take place at Cabot Circus later this month, adding a touch of US glamour to Bristol.

The shows will feature new looks available from stores in the centre, with outfits from the high street as well as designer fashion. Trends on show will include feminine florals, acid brights and cool Miami-inspired looks.

As well as a weekend of free shows, shoppers will also have access to an exclusive pamper lounge, where experts from House of Fraser, Harvey Nichols, Sanctuary Spa, Seanhanna and Body Shop will be on hand to offer expert advice and treatments, and talk you through the latest hair and beauty trends.

Fancy picking up a bargain? Look out for booklets filled with fantastic discounts and offers at many Cabot Circus stores and restaurants, which will be given out at the shows.

Retailers that will be featured in the show include House of Fraser, Harvey Nichols, French Connection, Ted Baker, Fred Perry, Next, River Island, Bank, New Look, Reiss and Warehouse – and more.

Local street dance company Hype – which has previously won awards including the World Street Dance Championships and worked with artists Neyo and Sean Paul – will be participating in the fashion show this year for the first time.

Young members from the Bristol-based dance crew will be turning their hand to modeling for the day as they strut their stuff on the catwalk for a special childrenswear show at 5pm on Saturday.
