Self-made multi-millionaire Kevin Green, who went from being homeless to property tycoon, is to share the secret of his success at a seminar in Bristol.

The former dairy farmer is one of the UK’s most successful residential property landlords with a portfolio running into the hundreds of homes worth millions of pounds.

But in 1994 he didn’t have a roof over his head. His remarkable story has already been highlighted on Channel 4’s Secret Millionaire programme and next month Kevin, 48, will share his business tips at an event staged by Bristol-based Property Options.

His talk, at the city’s Holiday Inn on May 19, is aimed at entrepreneurs looking to invest in the property market, with advice on how to start and build up a deposit, how to generate income in a short timescale and pitfalls to avoid.

The event will be one of a series of seminars planned by Property Options owners Del Brown, Adil Ayub and Rob Brown to help people invest in the property market.

Del is a property investor with 25-years’ experience, having bought his first property for £13,000 and his most recent for £1.7m.

He now owns more than 150 units and launched Property Options to share his experience and strategies, which will be outlined in his mentoring programmes and courses.

He said: “Kevin is an incredible, dynamic speaker and guests will be blown away by the opportunities on offer.

“I cannot wait to see him share out latest strategies.”

The seminar will also offer exclusive access to a new Property Options mentoring programme and a glimpse of a new book written by Del.

Other speakers will also include Bristol investor Taiwo Orishayomi who will reveal how she built an income of £6,000 a month within a year, and Rory O’Mara who will demonstrate how to raise a deposit from nothing.

Tickets are £75 and the first 50 guests can take a partner for free.
