I suspect that it's unlawful too, as third parties are specifically barred from spending on campaigns promoting particular candidates. Maybe the Tory candidate should check with her learned friends. Even if #kerryout is within the law, a <a HREF="http://www.bristolgreenparty.org.uk/News/glenn-vowles-to-contest-bristol-east-seat-for-the-greens.html" rel="nofollow">#glennin campaign</A> would offer a lot more more for Bristol East!
